Standard dispatch cost EUR 3.90.

Free delivery for each ADDITIONAL article with the same dispatch criteria, when you buy from animationshop_online.

Within European Union Countries
Delivery within 5-7 working days.
Standard dispatch cost EUR 8.00.
You pay only EUR 8.00 delivery expenses when you buy at least 2 articles with the same dispatch criteria of animationshop_online.
Free delivery for each ADDITIONAL article with the same dispatch criteria, when you buy from animationshop_online.

General information

Within Germany we use DPD as general courier service.
The delivery time amounts to as a rule 2 working-days, but can deviate due to special circumstances, for example: If the ordered product should not be available or because we were not supplied by our supplier in time.
In these circumstances we will inform you immediately.
It is then your decision whether to wait for the ordered product or cancel your order.
If a cancellation is required then we will refund immediately.

Delivery time
We work on highest level to dispatch the orders efficiently and in the fastest means possible.
Orders which are received before 11 am ( working-day) Will be dispatched the same say and received by the customer the following day (within Germany).
We will not dispatch any orders on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.
Important Dispatch will only take place if all conditions are fulfilled. For example: the payment must have been dealt with by our accounts department or we need a copy of receipt by E-Mail (bestellung@animationshop-online.com) or by fax with pre-assembled eating transfers 0049 (0)30 70229991.
Within Germany the dispatch lasts at least. 24 hours and max. 48 hours.
If you did not receive an order within 48 hours (after receiving our confirmation email that the goods are on their way) It is your responsibility to contact us immediately 030-65703865.
Switzerland and Liechtenstein the delivery approx. 3-4 days.
Austria and the Benelux states the delivery approx. 2-4 days.
Delivery to the remaining European countries approx. 4-8 days.
With individually manufactured goods (eg. Shoes, special products) The dispatch time might be longer, this is however worked out on an individual basis.

Express supply
We also offer an express delivery within Germany with DPD warranty.
Orders received before 2pm will have assured delivery by 6pm the following day.
The charge for this is an extra 10euro on top of original delivery charge.
